- How much does DialCloud cost?
- Three plans, billed monthly: Essentials at $39/mo (200 minutes, 1 team member), Professional at $99/mo (500 minutes, 5 team members), and Business at $149/mo (800 minutes, unlimited team members). Every plan includes one dedicated phone number. List prices are $49 / $129 / $199 — the lower prices are a launch discount.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 60 minutes or 30 days, whichever comes first. No credit card required.
- What counts toward my minutes?
- Only time the AI agent is actively on a call — answering questions, booking, taking messages, or transferring. Idle time doesn't count.
- What happens if I go over my plan's minutes?
- Nothing gets cut off. Extra minutes are pay-as-you-grow at $0.20/minute, billed only when you exceed your plan. Calls are never throttled, and concurrent calls are unlimited — you're never “busy.”
- Are there setup fees or contracts?
- No setup fee and no contract. It's month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime — service runs through the end of your billing period.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated credit; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
- What's the difference between the plans?
