How long does it take to set up DialCloud?
Most businesses are up and running in under 10 minutes. Our guided onboarding wizard walks you through every step, from creating your business profile to making your first test call. No technical knowledge is required.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. You can either port your existing number to DialCloud or set up call forwarding from your current provider. Porting typically takes 1-3 business days. Call forwarding can be set up immediately through your carrier.
What happens if the AI cannot answer a caller's question?
When the AI encounters a question it cannot answer, it follows your configured fallback behavior. This can include transferring the call to a team member, taking a detailed message, offering to schedule a callback, or directing the caller to your website for more information.
Is there a limit on the number of simultaneous calls?
DialCloud can handle unlimited simultaneous calls. Unlike traditional phone systems or human receptionists, our AI agents scale automatically. Whether you receive 1 call or 100 calls at the same time, every caller gets an immediate response.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can also contact [email protected] for assistance.
