Multi-location businesses usually prefer a consistent preset voice that sounds professional regardless of which owner recorded it. The cloned voice is stored securely and used exclusively for your account.

Setting it up

Voice cloning is available on the Business plan. To set it up, open your Agent settings, choose to clone your voice, and upload an audio file in MP3, WAV, or M4A format. The system processes the sample in about 10 seconds and lets you preview the result before activating it. If the result sounds off, re-record with less background noise and a slightly slower pace.
