Multi-Location Support: One Dashboard, Multiple Offices

Multi-location home service operations (franchise HVAC companies, multi-region plumbing businesses, electrical contractors with regional offices) need each location to have its own phone number, business hours, services, and AI agent personality, while still being manageable from a single dashboard. DialCloud's multi-tenant architecture supports this natively. Each location is a separate organization with its own configuration, but authorized users can switch between locations from the same login.

Each location gets its own dedicated phone number, which can be a new number or a ported existing number. The AI agent for each location has its own greeting, business hours, service list, FAQ, and scheduling calendar. A caller to your north shop hears 'Thanks for calling Acme Plumbing, North Side' while a caller to the south shop hears 'Thanks for calling Acme Plumbing, South Side', each with location-specific hours, technicians, and service area. The agents are fully independent; a booking at one location does not affect availability at another.

The shared dashboard gives you cross-location analytics: total call volume across all locations, per-location booking rates, and comparative performance metrics. You can identify which location has the highest conversion rate, which one gets the most after-hours calls, and where spam volume is highest. Contact records are shared across locations, so if a customer who usually calls your north office calls the south office instead, the AI has their history and preferences available.
